Founding Partner

With over 7 years of experience in operations management, Jay combines technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and a bold approach to solving complex business challenges.

Jay has been instrumental in driving growth, supporting over 10 acquisitions with resource integration, establishing operations for six companies, opening eight headquarters offices, and managing more than 50 offices and facilities throughout his career. He has also partnered with C-suite teams to guide multiple successful funding rounds, from Series A to Series D, ensuring long-term value and scalability.

Known for challenging norms, Jay identifies opportunities to innovate, streamline processes, and implement technologies that boost efficiency and profitability. A natural leader, he excels in building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration and creativity.
